Reservation Policy To avoid any misunderstanding, guests will be charged for the number of days reserved. A deposit of half of the total amount is required to secure your reservation. Balance is due at check-in.
If you would like to pay with a different credit card or through another means, please notify us in writing via email
prior to your arrival and then be sure to provide the amount due at the time you arrive at the time of check in.
Refunds are not given due to to early departures, late arrivals, accidents or inclement weather, poor fishing or hunting, or situations beyond control.
Refunds can be given if cancellation is received prior to 14 days days of the reserved arrival dates. A cancellation fee totaling
8% will be deducted.
Cancellation Policy For cancellations received within 14 days of arrival or after arrival date, all payments will be retained. If the occupancy is refilled, refunds will be issued, but the 8% cancellation fee will be deducted.
In the event of an emergency we will hold deposits to be applied to any future available date of equal value. The 8%
Cancellation Fee is still deducted, regardless of your rescheduled date, and applied to your check-in balance.
If you have special requirements, just let us know 45 or more days in advance of your registered arrival date, we would be happy to accommodate you in any way possible, but we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate any changes at check-in.
